Boy did I give myself a challenge! I forgot how many leafy greens we get from Spiral Path Farm in the spring! I still have the curly endive and kale yet to go. I ket them for last as the don’t wilt as quickly as some of the more fragile greens like this Green Boston Lettuce. I’m going to try tackle them this weekend.
